Notes:
To use the room till 6pm, extra cost is 50%.To use the room after 6pm, the cost of the whole day is paid.
Service like Cleaning in between, towels, bedclothes are included.
Special prices on request.
Prices include all taxes,water and electricity.

Terms:
Bookings are confirmed with a 30% deposit.

For cancellation of booking 21 days or less before the arrival date, the deposit is not refunded at all to the client.

In case the booking is cancelled during the stay, the client is obliged to pay as compensation to the business 50% of the cost of the remaining days.

Municipal fee: €0,50 per day
